Strategic Role Discovery
We begin by conducting a deep-dive SWOT analysis of the role, department, and team. I meet with the hiring team, peers, and C-suite to fully understand the strategic landscape, key challenges, and opportunities the new executive will face. This ensures we have a clear, shared vision from day one.

The 30-60-90 Day Success Plan
I translate the strategic priorities and expectations from leadership into a clear and actionable 30-60-90 day plan. This provides the new executive with a detailed roadmap, ensuring they know exactly what the company expects of them and how they can get to productivity faster.

Foundational Connections
To facilitate a seamless assimilation, I identify key individuals for the executive to meet with. This includes collecting a list of essential team members, peers, and cross-collaborators. I also pinpoint critical subject matter experts they need to learn from and connect them with the right people to accelerate their understanding of the business.

Proactive Coaching & Integration
The first six months are critical. I schedule three proactive check-ins during this time to address any issues or challenges they may be facing. I act as a neutral coach, helping them navigate the transition and problem-solve. When necessary, I can serve as a liaison to the C-suite to ensure a smooth transition.
